Are you ready for a Family friendly event?!
Well here it is: the Move & Pray Family Retreat!!
This will be an exciting 2 day event, Friday July 22 & Saturday July 23. The schedule is below.
Fees are: Non- Kayaking participation: $10 per person, $15 two or more
Kayaking participation: $20 per person, $25 two or more

FRIDAY
6-7pm - “Healthy” Pot Luck (bring your most favorite healthy dish to share) @ Parish Hall
7 pm - Prayer
7:15-8pm – What does Move & Pray mean, in principal and in reality.
(return to your own houses for sleeping!)
SATURDAY
9:30 – 10am – Gather at Lover’s Key State Park and prayer
10 am – 12pm – a variety of family friendly activities with differing levels of activity, from Kayaking, jogging, walking, running, biking, swimming, or beach games. Whatever level of moving you are comfortable with.
12 pm – 12:30pm – Lunch (Bring your own bagged lunch(es), we will provide coolers to store them, as well as water, lemonade, and iced tea)
12:30pm – 2pm – more intense kayak races, swimming competitions, and beach races.
